1. Login: Login is the email address that you signed up with. If you are trying to login and it says invalid login, click on the phrase "I forgot my login/password'. After the screen changes, enter your email and click the white button called 'Reset Password'. You will get a new email from customerservice@cpmgateway.com giving you either a temporary password or instruction to Sign up because we didn't have that email on file for your property.
2. Sign up . if you have a Portal Key and your Account number, you will sign up instantly. If you do not have your Portal key, your sign up request will take 1-2 days.
